Penetration Tester / Red Team Specialist

Paxton Consultants is seeking a Penetration Tester / Red Team Specialist to plan and execute adversary simulations and security assessments. You will find weaknesses before attackers do and deliver clear, actionable guidance to fix them. Key Responsibilities • Plan and execute penetration tests of applications, networks, and infrastructure • Conduct red team engagements that emulate real-world adversary tactics and techniques • Develop custom scripts and tooling to support testing activities • Document findings with clear risk ratings, evidence, and remediation recommendations • Present results to technical and executive audiences • Retest fixes and advise teams on strengthening defenses This is a contract engagement. This is an on-site position based in Washington, DC.
