Paxton Consultants is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to translate business needs into functional requirements and drive delivery of enterprise system enhancements. You will bridge business and technology teams to ensure solutions meet real needs. Key Responsibilities • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements through interviews and workshops • Model current and future-state processes and identify improvement opportunities • Write clear functional specifications and user stories for development teams • Lead user acceptance testing and support defect triage and resolution • Coordinate with stakeholders, developers, and QA throughout the delivery lifecycle • Support training, change management, and post-release support This is a permanent position. This is a hybrid position based in Minneapolis, MN.
