Job Description

Paxton Consultants is looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to deliver accessible, high-performance web experiences with React, Next.js, and TypeScript. You will shape frontend architecture and raise the bar for quality across the team. Key Responsibilities • Build and maintain user interfaces with React, Next.js, and TypeScript • Contribute to and evolve a shared design system and component library • Optimize performance, accessibility, and SEO • Write automated tests using tools such as Playwright and Jest • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers • Review code and mentor engineers on frontend best practices This is a permanent position. This is a remote position open to candidates across the US.
