GRC Analyst (SOC 2 / ISO 27001)

Job Description

Paxton Consultants is seeking a GRC Analyst to manage security compliance programs for client organizations. You will help teams understand their obligations, evidence their controls, and prepare confidently for audits. Key Responsibilities • Support and maintain compliance programs aligned to SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST frameworks • Perform control testing, gap assessments, and risk assessments • Coordinate evidence collection and audit readiness activities with internal teams and external auditors • Maintain policies, standards, and procedures and track remediation of findings • Report on risk and compliance posture to management • Advise stakeholders on practical ways to meet control requirements This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with the potential to convert to a permanent role. This is a remote position open to candidates across the US.
