Job Description

Paxton Consultants is hiring a Technical Program Manager to drive cross-functional technical programs from planning through delivery. You will coordinate engineering, product, and operations teams to achieve complex goals. Key Responsibilities • Define program scope, milestones, dependencies, and success criteria • Coordinate work across multiple teams and manage schedules and risks • Run Agile and Scrum ceremonies and program-level planning • Communicate status, decisions, and trade-offs to stakeholders and executives • Identify and resolve blockers and escalate issues when needed • Improve program processes and share lessons learned across teams This is a permanent position.
