Computer Vision Engineer

Job Description

Paxton Consultants is hiring a Computer Vision Engineer to build and deploy detection, segmentation, and tracking models for real-time visual inspection and analytics products. You will take models from research through to optimized production systems. Key Responsibilities • Develop and train computer vision models for detection, classification, segmentation, and tracking • Curate, label, and augment datasets and design evaluation methods that reflect real-world conditions • Optimize models for latency and throughput using techniques such as quantization and ONNX or TensorRT export • Build inference pipelines and integrate them with applications and edge or cloud deployments • Monitor model performance in production and drive improvements from observed failures • Document experiments and collaborate with software engineers and product teams This is a permanent position. This is a hybrid position based in Seattle, WA.
