Job Description

Paxton Consultants is seeking a Product Manager to define strategy and roadmap for AI-powered platform features. You will partner closely with engineering and design to turn customer needs into valuable, trustworthy products. Key Responsibilities • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI platform capabilities • Conduct customer and market research to identify and prioritize opportunities • Write clear requirements and user stories, and work with engineering through delivery • Define success metrics and use data to evaluate and iterate on features • Partner with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams to launch and communicate releases • Weigh considerations such as model quality, safety, cost, and responsible use in product decisions This is a permanent position.
