Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer

Job Description

Paxton Consultants is hiring an IAM Engineer to implement single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, and privileged access controls across enterprise applications. You will help ensure the right people have the right access at the right time. Key Responsibilities • Implement and maintain SSO and MFA using standards such as SAML and OIDC • Integrate applications with Okta or Entra ID and automate provisioning with SCIM • Automate joiner, mover, and leaver processes and access reviews • Design role-based access models and enforce least-privilege principles • Support privileged access management and secrets protection • Troubleshoot authentication issues and document identity architectures and procedures This is a permanent position. This is a hybrid position based in Chicago, IL.
