Paxton Consultants is hiring a Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead to coach teams on Agile practices and keep client programs moving smoothly. You will remove obstacles and help teams deliver value consistently. Key Responsibilities • Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives • Coach teams and stakeholders on Scrum and Agile principles and practices • Identify and remove impediments to delivery and escalate risks appropriately • Maintain backlogs, metrics, and reporting in Jira to provide transparency • Support continuous improvement and team health • Collaborate with product owners and delivery leadership across multiple teams This is a contract engagement. This is a hybrid position based in Atlanta, GA.
